No recopilamos información de identificación personal como tu nombre, dirección o número de teléfono, ya que no se requiere crear una cuenta para usar nuestro Servicio. La información que recopilamos es principalmente técnica y anónima:

No es marketing y no podés darte de baja sin dejar de usar el Servicio, igual que cualquier otra app con cuenta.
• Correo electrónico (si te suscribís al boletín): Si te suscribís voluntariamente a nuestro boletín de noticias en /newsletter/, guardamos tu dirección de correo únicamente para enviarte esas noticias. No la usamos para nada más ni la compartimos con terceros. Podés darte de baja en cualquier momento con un clic, desde el enlace que trae cada correo, sin necesitar cuenta ni iniciar sesión.

5.1. Eliminación de Cuenta y Datos

Para solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta y datos asociados, envía un correo a voces.deesperanza025@gmail.com con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta". Eliminaremos tu cuenta y datos en un plazo de 30 días. Los registros de actividad anónimos pueden conservarse por hasta 90 días por razones técnicas.

6. Seguridad de los Datos

Tomamos medidas razonables para proteger la información que recopilamos. Sin embargo, ningún sistema es 100% seguro, y no podemos garantizar la seguridad absoluta de tus datos.

Nuestro Servicio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos intencionadamente información de identificación personal de niños.
