How we protect your privacy

Accompaniment on Voices of Hope has clear rules about what's stored, what's shared, and what the system never touches.

The conversation

What you talk about with your companion — in person, by phone, over WhatsApp — never goes through the platform. It's not stored, not analyzed, there's no field to write it in.

The practice

What the platform does record is what you do: lessons completed, answers to questions, your weekly Traffic Light if you're in FRUTO, and your personal notes. There are two distinct levels here:

Always visible to your companion

Your lesson answers and your progress are part of walking alongside someone — your companion sees them without you needing to share anything.

Only if you share it

Your devotional notes and favorites are private by default. Your companion only sees the ones you decide to share.

In progress

We're building a tool that helps your companion find better questions and resources on a topic — never about a person. It doesn't advise, doesn't diagnose, and doesn't read anything above without you sharing it first.

If you create an account

We use your email to send you what you need to walk alongside someone: a welcome message, mentoring session reminders, alerts when your mentor replies to a reflection. It's not marketing — it's part of how the account works.

If you subscribe to our newsletter

We store your email only to send you that newsletter, nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click, no account needed.
