Pastoral Formation Course: Fruit in Me First
Full course for pastors · 8 hours
This course is the formative core of the FRUTO Project. It is designed for pastors who, after the sensitization workshop, want to go further: not only recognizing the gap between the accompaniment they give and the one their congregation needs, but developing the mental process and concrete tools to close it. It lasts 8 hours and can be spread across a one-day retreat, two 4-hour sessions, or four 2-hour sessions.
By the end of the course, every pastor leaves with:
- 1. Clarity about their own situation across the model's three stages
- 2. The mental process to accompany someone in crisis, with real questions
- 3. A personal action plan for the following week
